- It is recommended that submitted art be 'unflattened' and flexible, to allow for any assisted edits that may be due to specific centering guidelines of the design content by product, or to allow for specific bleeds required by product. Any assisted edits will always require a proof for approval.
- Design fee for non-compliant art $50.00 (v).

Misc
- Purchase orders are FINAL.
- In the event of cancellation, all costs will incur.
- Billing is net 30 once credit is established.
- ASI Credit Connect and 3rd party providers used to
validate credit.
- Visa, MC, Discover and Amex accepted forms of payment.
- Credit card can be used to pay an invoice at time of shipment without incurring a surcharge.
- If not prearranged with sales rep a 3% surcharge applies.
- Checks, Money Order and ACH Transfers are acceptable means of payment.
- Must Provide a valid ASI, SAGE, PPAI or Distributor Central account number to order from Custom Color Solutions.
